If you have questions that are not on here then get in touch – I’m happy to answer them.

What sort of counselling and coaching is it?

I work with you in a safe space for you to explore, heal and rediscover your authentic self.  I am a neurodivergence therapist with a therapeutic approach. More on my approach to counselling and coaching.

What do we talk about?

The sessions are your opportunity to talk about whatever you want. At the end of the day there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ thing to bring, and no issue is too big or too small. You’re free to explore your inner world, strengthen your sense of self, and celebrate the unique light that is you. More about how I work.

How many counselling or coaching sessions do I need?

Everyone is different and unique, so the answer is that it depends. There’s no magic wand just a want to change. Some people may find a few sessions are enough, while others choose to work together for longer. Sometimes, you might simply want a one-off session to check in or talk something through. We will regularly review progress together to check to see where you are and if we are still on the right track, we can identify what else needs additional work.

Are you professionally qualified?

Absolutely – I’m an accredited and trusted professional with lived experience.  I am  professionally qualified and an experienced therapist accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society

Do you work with children and adults?

I work with adults who can feel safe in exploring their emotions and boundaries.  I work with individuals and couples. I design and deliver interactive workshops for organisations and groups.

Do you work online or in-person? Is it at my home or outside?

Sessions are available online (What’s App, Doxy, Teams or Zoom) or through home visits or eco-therapy with walking and talking. These allow you to access support in a setting that feels safe and comfortable, supporting your nervous system and helping you engage in therapy at your own pace.

Growing up in Devon and returning after city life, I’ve discovered nature’s remarkable power to ground and restore us. This is why I offer not just traditional face-to-face sessions, but also the option to meet in your own home, online, or even on a gentle walk outdoors – whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Where do you work?

Online counselling sessions available all over the world. I also speak German as well as English.

In-person home therapy around surrounding areas of Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbott, Starcross and Chudleigh. Walk & Talk eco therapy is available inDawlish, Mamhead, Haldon and Teignmouth.

Do you offer short and long term therapy?

Yes, I offer both short term and long term therapy for adults.

What are your fees?

Individuals £50 per session of 50 minutes. I offer concessions for students and low-income earners. I do ask for payment in advance by BACS. If you need to cancel a session please give 24 hours notice. Contact me for more information.

What happens when I get in touch?

Step 1: I will arrange a convenient time to call you for a FREE 10-minute informal consultation, usually via What’s App telephone or video.

Step 2:  Depending on what you prefer we can discuss how you want to start your therapeutic journey. You can choose therapeutic support in three ways:

  • In-person from the comfort of your own home where I visit you to deliver our counselling sessions.
  • Online sessions via What’s App, Teams or Zoom platforms.
  • Outdoors with walk & talk therapy, drawing on nature’s grounding and restorative power.

Step 3: If you want to proceed and we feel like a ‘good fit’ we can book in your first counselling session. This is a more in-depth assessment session covering background, medical history, what your goals are and includes the contract, and how the therapeutic process will work.
